Well its time to pat yourself on the back and say I have done my best and will continue to do so. We are faced with so many hiccups along our way that sometimes it makes it hard to focus and regain composure. The year is drawing to an end so quickly. 2020 is full steaming ahead. How many of us had set self goals this year? How many of us follow through. Its hard to keep the pace that's why through Mildred & Co we can pull back the pace and give you a little laugh or a smile. To remember fleetingly to be the smaller version of you again in your mind to replenish and nourish the body and soul.
